In the Quinta Outeiro da Serva, tradition and innovation walk side by side. Located in the picturesque village of Monte Real, this estate is a living testimony to our commitment to quality and authenticity. From the carefully cultivated vineyards to the rustic vinification, every bottle we produce is a celebration of our family legacy and to our passion for vitiviniculture.
Our farm is more than a wine-producing place. It's a place where nature and Man meet in harmony. Our vineyards are planted with the utmost care, and at every harvest the grape is hand-picked, guaranteeing that only the most adequate grape are selected for the wine production. We value tradition, but we also recognize the worth of modernization, so we apply that knowledge to potentiate and amplify the already-known and tested art that is enology.
Our passion for oenology led us to invest in a novel wine-making region, Monte Real. Although in an unlikely location, it boasts a unique microclimate that creates a harmony and complexity we can be proud of.
